The Life Stage Virtual House is kinda neat but it goes down in my book as one of the most tedious console software experiences I've seen, with heavy load times choking up any sense of continuous exploration. Here is a playthrough of the Realistic Demo (or Real Demo) mode (pre-programmed houses to walk through) with almost all of the "Wait For A While" and "Now Loading" time (approx. 1 hour) edited out for watchability. I also edited out the parts where you listen to music on the hifi or watch video clips on the TV. You can see these on separate videos I've uploaded.

Oh, and I wouldn't be Capnshrimpy if I didn't mention Weezer's 1992 "Real Demo" tape here. I didn't dare sync it up with this Real Demo because I'd probably get a copyright strike or something (even though it wasn't even included on the Blue Deluxe edition, come on UMG!), and I guess it would make this seem more lively than it is, but go check that out. Interesting early takes on some of their most recognizable songs with that Jason Cropper guitar sound that sat out the rest of their career. I digress.
