It seems like breaking and entering is the goal of a lot of the puzzles in this section of the game. We need information on the boy's sister in other for him to set us up with this contact that may be able to get us information on the Vanguard. We also meet up with our old undercover cop buddy (we gave some bad candy to him earlier) and just make his situation worse. Lots of progress and more story in this episode.
