The Longest Second Exploit, and how it Wiped Hundreds of Leaderboards Overnight!
In Speedrunning exploits are almost always expected to be in runs except in very specific categories. However, sometimes exploits are so destructive to a speedgame that something has to be done about it. In this video I will talk a little bit about one such exploit I discovered when speedrunning that ended up being so destructive in wiped hundreds of leaderboards. The exploit in question I have chosen to call The Longest Second Exploit.
I will also talk a little bit about some questions about in game time versus real time and whenever or not to use the former or later and arguments for and against both of them. I hope this is an informative video and that a lot of discussions are had in the comment section below as I find this being a very interesting and important topic in speedrunning to talk about and that it is very rarely spoken too much about.
Enjoy the video and hope you have a good day! :)
