This ID ended up being a lot more balanced than I think anyone was expecting. Without the Heishou alongside him, he's kind of just a slightly better Family Hierarch Ishmael. However, when he does have the Heishou alongside him, he does become quite a bit more powerful. While I am personally not the biggest fan of this style of ID design, he is quite powerful, but I would only recommend pulling for him if you already have several other Heishou IDs since the Heishous are better in to form a team around.
