Yet another demo showcase! Just to take a small break from let's playing, I'll be doing two days of demos and skyrim! So tomorrow, just like today, two demos and one episode of Skyrim. Plus I really need to burn through my demos, I got too many lol

The Magister is a murder-mystery card-battler RPG. Build and customise your deck to fight in battles, or use ‘Tactical Diplomacy’ to pacify those who stand in your way. Gather clues and discover motives as you investigate the death of your predecessor and unmask the guilty culprit.

Actually really enjoyed myself in this game. I'm not one to normally play card games, as I tend to get really confused with all the deck possibilities, but this was fun. I really loved that you could defuse situations, and that you can complete side quests to improve your relationship with characters, which is essential for the story.

Art style is very sketch-like, like a battle map type thing, but without the grid, and animations are okay, nothing spectacular. This game will probably shine through its gameplay and story, I would expect.
