The Maitre D gameplay is a puzzle platform game where you guide diners to their seats, using your stretching ability to navigate the levels of The Maitre D.
The main mechanic in The Maitre D gameplay is your stretch - you can stretch in all four directions, but you can only reach as many squares as you have collected lotion bottles. But you can also retract your body so your legs retract to your head, a handy trick in The Maitre D gameplay for getting up on high platforms.
The Maitre D received gold medal for the Overall (Jam) category in LD35, along with gold in Fun and Theme.
