The Many Historical References with the D/D/D Archetype - Unknown Side of Yugioh
The D/D archetype, as well as its sub-archetype D/D/D, is one of Yugioh's most well known combo archetypes, infamous for its legendary flow chart of insane two card combos you have to memorize to properly pilot it. But that's not what we're here to talk about today, as D/D is also one of archetypes loaded with the most historical and mythological references of any Yugioh deck, as well as very unique lore involving all of these legendary figures seemingly working for a company when you look at their original OCG names. Today we'll be doing a deep dive and explaining the references both in the names and in the artwork of the D/D Archetype on this episode of the Unknown Side of Yugioh.
