Path of Neo is a ton of fun, and the Wachowskis wrote and directed it, so it's canon. It fleshes out the Matrix story in neat ways, like letting you actually escape the office complex Neo worked at and avoid that traumatizing where that horrible tracer burrows into his navel.
Combat is well done, and the graphics and lighting effects are top notch. Character models are detailed very well, with realistic faces and expressions, and the environmental design really shines with the classic Japanese battle areas.
