Five Nights At Freddy's has been the go to for Mascot Horror games for a long time and has pretty much defined the genre. These games are full of secrets and hidden lore that has kept the fans theory crafting for over a decade. When you factor in the Five Nights At Freddy's Book Series in to it there is even more to dissect. The full story is still being told and new secrets are always being discovered while the community digs up new lore and theories.

Five nights At Freddy's Secret Of The Mimic is a breath of fresh air for the franchise and I love this game! You play as a Fazbear Entertainment Technician going to retrieve some property from the abandoned workshop of Murrays Costume manor. This game introduces you to a new character in the ever expanding story named Edwin Murray. A Inventor who created multiple animatronics and designs for his own franchise. One of his inventions was an Endoskeleton that could wear any costume and be any character by shifting it's size. Murray called this creation the Mimic. As we explore the workshop in our search for the schematics for the Mimic we must survive till 6:00 am in typical Freddy Fashion and deal with a bunch of new Animatronics, all of which are amazing with wonderful new designs, bringing a bunch of fun and scary new characters to this world!

I was really impressed with the atmosphere and scares in this game. Yes Five Nights t Freddy's is known for jump scares. But the build up with the atmosphere in this game made all of them even more terrifying. The new animatronics are each scary in their own way. Jackie, Big Top, Dollie and Tiger Rock all make wonderful additions to an already stacked roster and their chases are scary pulse pounding thrill rides. The Mimic builds tension by being able to inhabit any empty animatronic suit at random while you explore, leaving you with a sense of fear and dread as you wonder the halls of Murray's Costume Manor.

This game tells a story and adds to the lore we already know with some fresh information that I can't wait to see the fans dissect. The fact that this game alone is a prequel to everything alone is amazing. Seeing the layout for Freddy's being built, seeing one of the original designs for Chica, Finding the original Golden Bonnie and Golden Freddy Spring lock suites. The amount of hidden secrets, lore and easter eggs that were put in this game is amzing! The fan theories are always fantastic for this game and with everything they added and hid in this game there are going to be some fun theories for sure!

In this vod I got ending 1 or the bad ending. There is a bunch of things still hidden and I intend to get all the endings for this game, the Good Ending, the Bad Ending and of course the Secret ending.
