The Minish Cap Randomizer ~ June 2021 Async #5
The settings for this async weren't terrible, but some of the item locations sure were bad.
Asyncs are races that can be done at any time. The seeds get posted at the beginning of the month and you can do them whenever you want and post your time to the leaderboard. The most interesting part of asyncs is that the settings are not known when you start. You need to figure out what the settings are by playing the seed. The settings are randomized based on a pool of settings that get altered by the winner of each race in the previous month.
More info on asyncs and the current seeds can be found at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/147YgssBGYTMpADILWUv56-F-7zNvPkacttKx1-0Gzr8/edit#gid=0

The basic premise of keysanity is that dungeon small keys and boss keys can be found anywhere between dungeons and the overworld. This creates a whole new wrinkle in routing since you most likely won''t be able to complete dungeons on the first pass and have to think about how you want to use your keys. Maps and compasses can also be found anywhere.
Open fusions considers all minor kinstone fusions as already complete, so it opens up a ton of chests and item caves all over the world.
Rupee mania puts all of the free standing rupees into the item pool, greatly increasing the amount of checks available.
