The character of Himiko Toga isn't about WHY, it's about WHY NOT.
Why does she have a billion knives she can hurl 30,000 feet in any given direction?
Why does she have an unstoppable knife dash every couple of seconds that levels the floor of any area you occupy?
Why not only play a fighting style that doesn't involve blood-consumed powered shape-shifting since you're so against it?
In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you on the butt on the way out, because you're fired.

MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE classifies Toga as following a "Technical" fighting style, which as far as I'm concerned just means the fun class-
Despite being primarily known as someone who engages primarily with close-quarters combat, Himiko has a surplus of constantly regenerating butterfly knives which she can freakin chuck across the entire map to desolate an enemy's health bar.
Like, melts it, destroys it, dismantles, breaks, shatters, crashes, liquifies, and in every sense of the word and phrase and words within those said phrases, renders their life force completely null and void.
Mr. Compress is known more for magic than Toga, and while yes that is true, Toga possesses a magical ability of her own, It's called DESOLATION.

So, in addition to being a god tier ranged character, what else can she do to make my experience even better you may be asking me.
First of all that is fairly strange seeing as I currently do not possess the ability to hear, let alone process what it is you are thinking of right now.
Nor can I predict what you will be thinking as you're reading this because by the time you read this I will have typed it quite a bit in the past.
So let's call it even and get back to why Toga freakin is the best.

You ever hear of the Emu War of 1932?
It was a period of time in Australia's history where the country's government went to war with Emu's who are just giant bipedal birds over a bunch of crops they destroyed and ate.
That has absolutely nothing to do with Toga, did you know Toga can become a whirlwind of destruction in a snap?
Yeah, so, not only can she throw a knife over the freakin equator and simultaneously remove someone from existence, but she can also send herself forward and a frenzy fury of slashes and strikes.
And this isn't just helpful for traversal, I won't get into how this allows Toga to literally run on air, this also allows Toga to just delete everyone from the game.
Any poor sucker who gets in the way of a Toga strike is just boom, gone from the game, whole game gone like that, uninstalled from their hardware, and their software, in fact it transports that user to an alternate parallel timeline of their own where the only difference is that MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE never exists, except that they still have all the memories of it, causing them to seem like a crazy person.
You think I'm exaggerating but it's true, look it up... and watch out for Toga-

And how could we bring up Toga without bringing up her most popular ability, the one she's known most for...

I think that this is, once again, my favorite video I've done on this game yet, I think that when I look back at older videos from like, just last month, I think I improved quite a bit, and that's a process I do not intend to slow down on! ^^
