Where to even begin with this one. This lady complained about getting a refund on some sneakers and ended up spending 2 hours on the phone to us reciting silly catchphrases and ordering things that she didn't want. We've cut this presentation down to a lean 1.5 hours by just removing any extended silences and other stuff but this is basically exactly how it went down. It's almost unbelievable how dumb she is.
