Today we compare the OLD Rampart 17 to the NEW Rampart 17. Black Ops 4's update 1.13 gave us an increased max damage range from 37.6 yards to 41.6 yards to the Rampart 17. It's safe to say that this is going to be one of my favorite class setups to use after the 1.13 update!
