Note: After arriving at the Flumen Strait, and right before continuing the story by following the red exclamation mark like at the end of the video, you can actually take a left and keep going then Hugil will deliver a letter for help. This will initiate the side quest for Grotto Island, and if you have done everything up to this point, the final survivors of Carnac. You can do this later if you want, but this is the earliest you can do it.
