Despite what they may have taught you in school, it was not Germanic barbarians from the north that destroyed the Roman Empire. Instead, it was a fearsome Noba warrior queen and her army from the deep south!

This is my playtesting a mod-within-a-mod that I made for the free open-source real-time strategy game 0 AD: Empires Ascendant, using the Delenda Est mod as a base. What I did was make the Noba culture from Delenda Est, who appear to be based on the Nuba of western Sudan, a fully playable civilization. Their characteristic units include tribal warriors armed with clubs, javelins, and spears, tame lions, war elephants, and a fierce and beautiful warrior queen who serves as their hero unit.

As of this recording, the mod needs a bit more playtesting and polishing before I can make it available for download. I will update this video description once it is ready, but you will need to download and install the Delenda Est mod for 0 AD first.

Sorry if my voice isn't clear sometimes, as I might have had the game audio on too loud.
