Diving deeper into the Fallout New Vegas Iceberg, we've now happened upon what I like to call The Obscure Tier. While Tier 1 had plenty of better known New Vegas facts, the second tier of the New Vegas Iceberg has a bunch more obscure ones. From Van Buren easter eggs to cut characters, Tier 2 is all about weird things in New Vegas or weird things that didn't make it into the final cut of New Vegas.
