Authorities have reopened the old El Llano highway after a week of closure. The traffic management plan includes three phases: evacuation of blocked vehicles in Abasticos, El Uval, and the Villavicencio ring road; gradual entry of passengers and heavy cargo; and finally, full reopening at kilometer 18.
