The Rebirth

The Rebirth, Part 1:
Galvatron attacks Autobot City as a diversion to steal the key to the plasma energy chamber on Cybertron. Hot Rod and a handful of Autobots take back the key then take off into space only to crash on the planet Nebulos.

The Rebirth, Part 2:
To rescue the other half of Autobots taken by Scourge and the Decepticons, Brainstorm, Highbrow, Hardhead and Chromedome bond with Nebulan rebels to counteract them. Scourge strikes a deal with The Hive. Optimus Prime travels to Nebulos.

The Rebirth, Part 3:
As Optimus Prime leads an attack on Nebulos against the Decepticon Headmasters and Targetmasters, Scorponok takes Arcee and Daniel hostage along with the plasma energy key to Cybertron. Spike stays on Nebulos with Cerebros to build a colossal new Autobot.
