The Outer Worlds Part 4 - Rerouting Power at the Geothermal Plant. In this video, we make our way to the Geothermal Plant and we have a big decision to make. Are we going to side with the Adelaide McDevitt and her deserters at the Botanical Gardens or will we snuff them out and send power to Reed Tobson and his cannery in Edgewater? The choice seems pretty clear to me. Warning: if you want to do side quests in the area you are taking power away from, do it BEFORE switching power or you will botch them.
