The Outpost grows LARGER / Outpost: Infinity Siege / part 8
6This time out we see the back of the forest zone, starting out with a brief trip to look at what I think might be its most curious location lore-wise. But then after that, well, you get to see the next evolution of my outpost. Yes, it has flaws and definite shortcomings but is considerably heavier. It packs more than enough of a punch to deal with anything the cold zone can reasonably throw at it. After all, as the saying goes... quantity is a quality all of its own. So long as the ammo holds out.
I will note here that this base endures to serve throughout the cold zone with only minor upgrades. It is also, at the time of this video going out, the CURRENT overall form of the base in all major respects. (there are some mostly internal / limited tech upgrades, a few guns get swapped out, that's it)
Any comments / suggestions / help on the overall design will be noted to influence the next big overhaul, which I plan to be when I get access to the advanced autoloaders and can thus automate the ammo supply (and I will also not undertake until the videos catch up).
