Sometimes we think we are fine, not suffering. But let's look back at those "peaceful" days: Are they really happiness? Are they freedom? Or are they just a series of hours filled with stress, control, fear, and constant coping?

Suffering does not appear naturally. It is the result of conditions that have quietly accumulated through each thought, emotion, wrong choice... then at some point, just a small incident can make everything explode.

Instead of blaming suffering, perhaps what we need is awareness, to see clearly what is silently causing suffering in our daily lives.
