The Pirate King showed and he announced the Pirate Captain to be the winner. Until Bellamy tells all the pirates that Queen Victoria had pardoned the Pirate Captain. And he turns Pirate Captain that he’s no longer a Pirate if he had been pardoned and also made him not be Pirate of the Year if he’s no longer a Pirate. The Pirate King convinces Captain to hand over his pirate hat and coat to him. And he did. He also added to hand over his pirate badge with googly eyes and his world of hooks discount card.
