If the title didn't clue you in, this is the story of Let's Plays and how they influenced me buying stuff. Let's Plays are in a weird place right now, especially with companies like Nintendo, but they have a lot of push when it comes to games gaining popularity. I mean, just look what happened to Five Nights at Freddy's - that game went gangbusters thanks in large part to being played by Let's Players who have millions of subscribers who then also want to play the game. It's amazing to see the reach Let's Plays can have.
