Game Title: The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Mojo
Developer: Macrospace
Genre: Shoot em Up
Platform: Java J2ME
Release Year: 2003

Note: I didn’t manage to make a full longplay video because the Broccoli Alien and Mojo Jojo boss battles were ridiculously hard.

Ending scene: Once again The Powerpuff Girls have saved the day, the Professor is safe and Mojo and the other villains are locked up in Townsville Jail, and they did all of this before bedtime.

The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Mojo (not to be confused with The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Mojo Jojo for Gameboy Color) is a shoot ‘em up game released for Java mobile phones. It’s based on the Cartoon Network animated series “The Powerpuff Girls”.

Story: Mojo Jojo has kidnapped Professor Utonium and is held captive in his Volcano Observatory. Not only he has him tied up in his lab but he’s planning to stop The Powerpuff Girls crime fighting by finding a weakness/antidote to Chemical X. He even hired a few villains to stop them just in case they get in the way of his evil plans. So now it’s up to Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup to rescue him.

Controls: As Blossom, Bubbles or Buttercup use the number buttons to control them. Press the 5 button to shoot lasers (Autofire is optional in the settings). Press the 0 button to activate Chemical X bombs

Power-Ups: Collect cookies & milk to upgrade your laser beams. This can help you to attack certain projectiles that are required to be destroyed more than once🍪🥛.

Collect Chemical X bombs to wipe out enemies surrounding you 🧪.

Tip: When you activate your Chemical X bombs, the girls become invulnerable for a few seconds, this is a easier way to avoid getting hit by blue indestructible beams but you have to use them wisely so don’t use them right away.

Facts: This is first Powerpuff Girls game to be released for Java mobile devices.

The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Mojo is a obscure sequel to The Powerpuff Girls: Mojo Jojo-A-Go-Go, released for the Gameboy Advance in November 2001.

This is the second Powerpuff Girls game where you individually play as one of them, the first being The Powerpuff Girls Gameboy Color trilogy (Bad Mojo Jojo, Battle Him, Paint the Townsville Green)
