In this 2 part series, I want to look at the Nintendo Switch, and talk about the problems of the console, and how Nintendo could make the next Nintendo Switch console better.

In Part 1, I discuss the problems that I had with the console. My biggest criticism was the power of the console relative to the PS4 and the Xbox One. This made porting any third party games difficult. The problem was that the Nintendo audience was big enough for publishers to be aggressive in putting out games that were significantly pared back from the original product. Along with this, the build quality of the console wasn't the greatest and it could definitely have slimmed down a bit.
