This deck actually gets destroyed fairly easily but if you can get Karma to be Enlightened, and have the board set up just right, you can dump a literally infinite amount of Puffcaps into the opposing deck.

Karma: Every spell activates twice
Cloud Drinker: Burst-Spells have their cost reduced by 1. Rummage and Counterfeit Copies become 0 cost spells

Puffcap Peddler: Every time you cast a spell, 3 Puffcaps are put into the enemy's deck. Each Peddler will thusly plant 6, if Karma Lv2 is on the board

Counterfeit Copies: Pick a card in hand. Shuffle 4 exact copies of it into your deck.
Rummage: Discard 2 to draw 2. If you have exactly 1 other card in hand, discard 1 to draw 1.

The last card drawn had something like 30 Puffcaps on it.
The trick is getting to Round 10....much easier said than done, but you can cram in whatever stall you can, I guess.
