Since 3 of the roles were filled everyone that participated gets all the rewards up to level 3 and if they did 2 roles, like Jen did, they receive everything in double...
so in this case Richard would get 1 Influence, 1 Long Term Happiness and 2 Dollars and Jen would get 2 Influence, 2 Long Term Happiness and 4 Dollars!
21:56 You got all the stuff out but forgot to do the Upkeep part of the Jobs, and Richard had a job to keep, so he would have to spend some resources and get some money!
