-First of lets be clear the cpu is a bottleneck plain and simple. If you can OC your A8/A10 you probably should.
-Fortunately the 270X is a solid graphics card. I was able to get better performance on med & high (depending on the surroundings) settings then i was on low. Got to get the load of the cpu as much as possible. This might not be possible if its paired with a gpu that is not capable of running the game above low settings though as you'll won't be able to alleviate the bottleneck before the gpu reaches its limit.
-For outdoor environments stick to 1080p med. For enclosed areas like caverns high settings is doable. *Note i didn't try for an optimal setting so i'm sure there's a med/high mix sweet spot.

Gpu: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB Gddr5 OC
Ram: 8gb 1600hmz (overclocked to 1866mhz) ddr3
OS: Win10, game was recorded with Elgato Game Capture HD (external recorder)
Res: 1080p low, med & high settings
