The Raspberry Pi 4 Robot Controlled by a Xbox Controller | Future Plans and Update | Bailey MK I
This robot uses the raspberry pi to communicate with the Xbox controller via Bluetooth in order to issue commands to make the robot to move. The robot uses a L298N motor driver in order to control the 4 motors located on the chassis portion of the robot.
This video is intended to showcase the robot that I have made. So I don't go into depth into how I made the robot, I however plan to make future videos on that topic.
In this video today, I basically showcase all the new things that I have been able to accomplish since my last video. These things include redesigning the wheel couplers, programming an autonomous mode that is linked with the A button on my Xbox controller and making a prototype 4 bar lift. Additionally, I talk about my plans for the robot. Which are making a 1:66 ratio gearbox for my 165000 RPM motor and a 4 bar lift, so I can lift a water bottle when I am done. I did not talk about this in my video, but I plan on making a claw, which takes inspiration from how 4 bars are built as well.
