Every year The game awards announces the best games of the year and it sparks a controversy. Yet no one comes forward to fix the issue.

So what's the real problem with the game awards? We think it's time that the game industry voices its concerns about this issue and starts taking steps to improve things. It's time that we stopped accepting the game awards at face value and started holding them accountable for what they are - a biased and limited award ceremony that does not represent the entirety of the gaming industry.
