A helpful video with on screen tips explaining the Warp Level.
Not all warp levels have Dollar Bills, but they are difficult to spot.
One thing I didn't mention, is that the fuel tank is a toaster with bread that is light brown when fuel is full, and black when the ship has taken any hits.


Other Game Tips:

I've been noticing that the better you try to do in the game like, Bonus Levels and collecting money, the better chance you have to finding a hidden passcode in a trash can.
The reason I believe this, is because the STIMPY passcode isn't always in the trash can.
Instead it's hot food.

Keep attacking Muddy to make the SLUGS go away.
The smaller the percentage earns you more money from enemies.

On a One Player Game with Ren, when you come across Stimpy, wait for him to jump.
Immediately walk under him so that he lands on your head to use him as a weapon.

When playing a One Player game, if you die, press start on the other controller to bring the other one in the game so you don't have to start the level over.
Then continue as far as you can and do the same thing to go back to the other controller when dying.

This is a very difficult game and I highly recommend two skilled players just to beat this game.
