This is how I figured out the missing remaing 11 codes with HxD.
I knew how the CREDITS code was so the ]]]]] stuck out to me.
Then I tried each set of 5 until I started figuring out what each symbol was by the help of the codes that were already known.

HxD Text to Passcode Symbols:
On the left side are the characters from the games data and on the right side represents the passcode symbols used in the game starting from 12 o'clock (@) moving clockwise.

Finding codes with HxD doesn't work with most games.
Some are difficult to find or use a different method.
