TNT. It's one of the most exciting blocks in Minecraft if not the MOST. It's one of the blocks that go explode, so how could you resist? But to do that, you need to prime the TNT. How do you prime the TNT? You use things like Flint and Steel or whatever. But what if you don't have any? Well... then you're in tough luck. You can either collect resources to craft one, or... go back in time, and bring the old TNT back.

You could use this command to create the old TNT (In modern versions of Minecraft):
/setblock ~ ~ ~ tnt[unstable=true]
or, type this command on Command block on repeat, to automatically convert "new TNT" to "old TNT":
/execute at @a run fill ~-10 ~-10 ~-10 ~10 ~10 ~10 tnt[unstable=true] replace tnt

[ADDED] apparently, it IS possible to get yourself an old TNT in item form, with this commands. People are always smarter than I am, really. /give @s tnt{BlockStateTag:{unstable:true}}

Of course, you can twist and edit those commands to create something amazing! That's Minecraft coding works 101.
