There's been a ton of leaks around the 50 series in general and especially the RTX 5090. And in fact, the most recent leak in terms of the specs showed off pretty much everything you would wanna know from the code names to the shader count, which apparently is gonna be over 21,032 gigabytes of memory and 600 Watts, which sounds absolutely insane. And in fact, I do believe a few things might change before you get your hands on this card, especially that 600 Watts. Now let's go ahead and first, before we discuss the final specs, talk about another leak that just came out that actually kind of pushed me into making this video and it has to do with the price of the RTX 5090. Now this information comes from bits and chips over on Twitter and according to this user, well, apparently it's gonna cost $1,900. And in fact, below his post, there was some more discussion about it where he clarified that the OC versions would cost a lot more. I do agree with him there. I do believe you could see in excess of 2,400, maybe even $2,500 for certain models. I don't think that'll be the average price. I believe the average price will probably be on launch very high and it will quickly come down in price as the supply meets the demand. But when the demand exceeds the supply right on launch, I would expect around $2,200 to be the average price for an AIB model and you'll have to be lucky to get it for $1,899. Now he did also mention that apparently it could be between $1,899 and $1,999 and as insane as that is, well, quite frankly, people are already buying RTX 4090s for $1,999. Now, of course, that is a supply issue for the most part as far as I'm aware, but it's still happening. If a 5090 comes out, yes, I would expect $1,899 to be the absolute minimum they charge for this GPU. And it's probably still gonna sell out.
