The Saami Council demand Square Enix to immediately remove the Final Fantasy XIV costume set “Far Northern Attire”! They claim that these elements are Sámi property and Square Enix has infringed on their rights.

You've read that right, the Far Northern Attire which got released on the 14th of December could get removed in the near future if Square Enix and The Saami Council can't find an agreement, or.. at least that's what The Saami Council would want. Saami is the name of the people living in the Sápmi (Finland, Russia, Norway and Sweden), an Indigenous community that traditionally wears Sámi people. So far, it is unknown how 'dangerous' is the claim made.
