Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Cells containing circles are the upper-left cell in a region of size x by x, where x is the digit in the circle. Digits CAN repeat within a region. The digits in each region must sum to the same total but the digits in the circles can be different.
