Sebastian Girner is Editor-in-Chief of TKO Studios, a comics and graphic novel publisher. As a German-born and American-raised editor and writer, he has over a decade of experience in book, magazine, and online publishing, specializing in the comics and entertainment industry. At @marvel, he helped develop and creatively guide titles like Punisher MAX, Ghost Rider, & New Mutants before moving on to edit a number of creator-owned comic series and original graphic novels, including the Harvey and Eisner Award-winning Southern Bastards.
As a writer, Sebastian has created several comics series, including the all-ages fantasy adventure Scales & Scoundrels, the tall-tale action/satire Shirtless Bear-Fighter!, and the dark fantasy samurai grindhouse The Devil's Red Bride. Additionally, he has worked as a freelance comics editor, writer, and translator for clients such as @vizmedia, Heavy Metal, Kodansha, Penguin Random House, and Wizards of the Coast.
