This is THE Sephiroth kill confirm in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate that true combos from around 60-90 percent (depending character weight). This is my favorite Sephiroth combo as it feels so good to hit, especially when you get that slicey sweet spot. As shown in the initial examples of this video, even if your combo isn't "frame perfect" you can definitely still bag some kills just based on the angle that falling nair sends your opponent that will lead into full hop bairs. Use an IDJ bair to extend your range and consistently hit that sweet spot when the full hop bair would miss or sour spot at higher percents.

As a relatively new player to smash this video also covers how to practice this and how I've been working to get better at converting this combo.

At around 20-50 percent you can actually still use this combo, however it won't kill and you may need to RAR short hop bair instead.
