CORRECTION: I did not mention MIP Streaming in the video! Its been neglected for so long that I honestly forgot to include it when I was recording. It used to be valuable for VRAM issues, but it still malfunctions with loading textures and does not really look like its functioning properly. For now, leave it disabled.
This patch has been a wild one. Its been rocky with a lot of issues, but performance has definitely taken a center stage.
