Shattered Hope is a perk that works. But does really hurt survivors? On today's 150 Wraith Builds episode, we find out.

SPOILERS: The efficiency rating for today's build is as follows:

Build #16 (Shattered Totems) - 3.93/5.00, Rank 9/16

Build rankings work on an efficiency system that subtracts points from a maximum of 5.00 for every survivor escape and generator lost. Survivor kills and escapes count for 80% of the score, with generators counting for the other 20% and becoming increasingly valuable as the game goes on.
