28When the bills turn red and then explode, your Sims better be prepared to be at the unforgiving end of the collections department. I'd utter think what The Sims would be like if they had to pay taxes!
If your Sims don't pay a bill in a four-Sim day time frame, the Repo Man will come and repossess furniture. You will receive one notice three days of a delinquent payment. Bills arrive every Tuesday and Thursday, and are due within the next day. If they become late, they change colour. And the amount of the bill depends on how much and how expensive the items are in a Sim's house or lot. To get the mail and pay the bill(s) (without insufficient funds), click on the mailbox. Only teen and adult Sims can pay bills.
