The Sims 4 Tutorials | Build a Small Neighborhood
5This tutorial will show you how to build a neighborhood on a single lot. In this video I will use a 64x64 lot to create 4 smaller ones. 2 - 20x30, 22x17 and 25x17. If you have questions or comments, ask and I will try to answer as soon as possible.
INSTRUCTIONS
○ measure you lot using a small fence.
○ use the platform tool to place the sidewalk and the area for the smaller lots to go. Make your sidewalks 2 spaces wide and your street 7 spaces.
○ Place your fence around the area you plan to make indivisual lots.
○ Use the debug menu to find items to use to decorate your neighborhood
