If you know your mythology, then this fight can be fairly easily prepared for. The Siren will attempt to control one of your party members periodically. You can mitigate this by wearing debuff resistance trinkets, or if you've had no such luck, simply chugging holy water with all 4 adventurers just outside the boss room.

The siren does have a move called "high tide" which summons an enemy. I imagine it's a pool of enemies, but in my experience it was a little slimy jellyfish. If it's a guardian it'd be a bit more complicated since it will defend her vehemently.

I'd recommend saving this boss for last personally. Since if luck isn't with you, it could be 3vs3/4 depending on siren's call. So having an upgraded weaponsmithing/armorsmithing helps immensely. The extra damage from a level 2 weapon and even just level 1 armor upgrade to health give that little extra edge.
