After the closed beta, I played the open beta for Skull and Bones. Now while I did get more of a good idea on what this game is really like the more you progress, I still had a lot of issues. Many of these issues have not changed since I played the closed beta. In fact, the open beta has reinforced my opinions on many of the things that I did not like about the closed beta but did make me appreciate some other things.
Either way, I don't recommend for or against this game because I feel like there are lots of mixed opinions out there. If you want to know from a personal standpoint I don't like Skull and Bones and I do genuinely think it's boring for my tastes, but if it's any consolation, I'm sure that if you want to play this game and you liked the open beta then you'll enjoy the full release.
