This build is the fastest I have ever made and what you see in the video is not even close to the maximum! You can push the speed with increased movement speed. The build is missing out on the "Sandals of Speed" legendary boots and "Thrill of the Hunt" from the Mist-walker. Both granting a whopping 30% and 40% movement speed multiplier!

The build performs well in Battlefields, The Nether, Great Forge and most importantly The Slorm Temple.

The weaknesses of the build is it's hard to control, no passive health recovery and the damage output could be better.
