The Smurfs is a famous Belgian comic franchise that tells about the adventures of a community of tiny blue creatures called the Smurfs. It even grew out to getting its own television series and movies. But of course they also found their way to video games. This game from my youth is one of the few Smurfs games I own from the days I followed this franchise a little bit more than I do nowadays. It's even a Europe exclusive since only the Game Boy version of this game released outside of Europe. But I still think it's a pretty solid platformer with a nice atmosphere, beautiful music and awesome challenges. Help the Smurfs find their four missing friends back who got kidnapped by the evil sorcerer Gargamel!
