The Cataphract is an old school Brawler that makes great use of the new Civil War Tech. The introduction of the Light Engines gives os some additional weight for weapon systems without sacrificing survivability. And the Snub-Nose PPCs are a great addition to a lot of brawling builds.

Today we use the Cataphract CTF-3D because it not only has high hardpoints for our PPCs but is also able to carry Jump Jets. This is a nice combination for close-range poptart play. Our DPS is amplified with an Autocannon 10 and 2 Medium Lasers for a solid 40 point alpha strike in cqc situations.
