This is the 4th part of 6 gameplay videos of The Solus Project episode 1 that I recorded last weekend, the night of February 28th and early morning of Feb. 29. The 6 XAVC Intra-encoded .MXF files are taking all of last week and this weekend to upload due to their high file size (120-130GB each, ~223Mbps) and my low, 10-11Mbps UL bandwidth. Also, two of the files got interrupted halfway through the upload and had to be restarted.

I didn't realize when I first started to play through the whole episode one that there were 3 levels instead of 2, nor that I was playing on 'Hard' 200% instead of 100%. The 'difficulty multiplier' slider seemed to be in the middle and I didn't notice it was ay 200% within the Oculus Rift DK2. Otherwise I'd have proceeded at a quicker pace and not wasted as much time looking around. Then again, much of the point of experiencing a beautiful adventure game like The Solus Project in Oculus Rift/VR is the sense of awe and wonder that makes one want to look at more things from many different angles - that alone virtually doubles the amount of time one spends on any given adventure, or part thereof (not to mention all the extra time it takes to read the barely legible text - with my eyes, at least).
