The Spider-Man game you forgot about
135From the Atari 2600 to the PlayStation five there have been many mini Spider-Man games. Some of them very, very good. There is one in particular that sits in a really special place in my heart. It is one that unless you came across in the wild you likely didn’t play. On this episode of behind the machine, we talk about Spider-Man the game from 1991 by Sega. Only released as a four player cabinet in arcades so the only way you would have played this game was finding it in the wild. How did I find one? Why did I want it and how much was it? Spider-Man has become a timeless superhero. Let’s talk about one of his timeless games.
