39Henry Bishop is a real estate agent from Maine working in the 1970’s. He receives a strange offer from a Mr. Johnson--who is willing to purchase an old, worn down mansion that was deemed unsaleable up until this point. What makes Bishop's client so strange, is not the fact that he wants the dilapidated house, but that a family of five who previously owned the house had gone missing--and this, of all things, turns out to be the reason that Johnson wanted the house in the first place. An intrigued and unsettled Henry Bishop travels to the house to make an inspection, not realizing that from this point on his life will never be the same.
The Story of Henry Bishop is a first-person horror game, developed by Blazes Games and released on PC in 2019. The game contains a mixture of stealth mechanics and combat, but places the greatest emphasis on investigative work, as you uncover the disturbing secrets within the forgotten house.
